Job Description:
The Production Technology Lead is an experienced practitioner in the production technology domain familiar with industry technologies and best practices across the space including for Artificial Lift, Fracturing, Stimulation, Perforation, and Acidizing. They are responsible for the strategy, technology roadmaps, development, and delivery of solutions for the production technology area. They actively develop and lead to new opportunities in this space. They collaborate with key stakeholders to help develop the strategy and the associated business plans. They are responsible for selecting the products and technology to implement the strategy. They lead the associated deployment and integration projects to implement the strategy. They deliver on their accountabilities with their team of domain experts and consultants and in cooperation with their IT, operations and asset colleagues.
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop the strategy for the domain and roadmaps for the supporting technologies along with the business stakeholders, IT, and suppliers.
Develop the business plans, validate the value of the strategy, and justify approval of funding for the projects to implement the strategy.
Execute new technology evaluations, selections, and introductions
Deployment and integration of technologies to embed new technology and realize the value
Develop, Lead, and mentor a team of 4-6 people and natural teams of up to 10 people to deliver the strategy, roadmaps, technologies, and deployment and embedding of the technologies.
Work with the communications and marketing team to provide effective communications for the products and projects.

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer sciences, Discipline Engineering with Masters in Business Administration
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Automation, Operational Technology and IT in Upstream Production Business
Experience in working in different industries such as Oil and Gas, Supplier Companies, or Consulting Companies is preferred.
Project Management and Consulting experience is desirable

Must have previous experience in the following
Developing business proposals for new products and technologies
Builds a user community across business segments, assets, and functions.
Aligns IT with the Business in strategies and plans.
Knowledgeable in the following:
Production Technology Software Petex, StimPlan, Gohfer, WinGLUE, SROD, Mfrac.
Industry Data Standards, Data Modeling, Big Data, and Data Management.
Analytics, Cloud Computing, Edge Control, etc.
Architectures including Distributed, IIOT, Cloud, Azure IoT Suite, AWS, and Enterprise
Skilled in the following:
End-user and business requirements specification, analysis and design.
Cost and budget estimating, planning, and forecasting.
Lead and coordinate the domain technical and business discussions relative to future OT direction for new projects, new platforms and applications.
Production Technology Artificial Lift methods, including Beam Pump, Plunger Lift, Electrical Submersible Pump, Gas Lift, and Progressive Cavity Pump.
