Job Description:
The Service Manager is end to end accountable for the operations of the landscapes and the delivery of the day-today E2E application services according to the agreed Service Levels and/or Operate Level Agreements. They are the day-today service integrator (end-to-end) to ensure applications landscapes remain compliant. The person drives Incident/Problem resolution by assisting in key operational activities in terms of delivery, fixes, and supportability with operations staff and/suppliers. They ensure regulatory and compliance controls are embedded in landscape operations and assist with evidence collection. They will assist with supportability and transition activities of enhancements and project solutions. This includes analyzing and understanding business functional and nonfunctional requirements for supportability impact, as well as assessing implications of landscape changes and reviewing for enhancement and continuous improvement opportunities. They also build knowledge of relevant information risks and regulatory requirements.
Productivity SOM Service Manager must have deep expertise in at least one of the services within the portfolio and preferred familiarity in others. These services include but are not limited to Workspace Services (e.g. Thick/thin client, DTAO), Front office productivity, O365, OS / Win10, Office 365 Services, Yammer, Client imaging and software distribution and coordination, SCCM (clearinghouse for apps), Back office (e.g. SharePoint and Information Management Services, Records Management, Unstructured Data), Collaboration & Mobility (e.g. Telephony, Conferencing, Digital signage. Eg: Skype, Lync, global mobility policy, MDM (Workspace One and push email)), Incident Management (Service Now).

The Service Manager Mobility must work closely with VMWare (Workspace One vendor), our mobile connect services operations partner (TCS), with Apple, and multiple Shell project teams to ensure we are maintaining a secure and reliable mobile environment by way of proper MDM (Mobile Device Management) configuration and discipline, and not impacted with multiple cross business platform enhancements. This is an exciting and fast paced area that requires a highly technical individual to deliver within a Shell and multiple supplier partners landscape.

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor's Degree required. Degree related to Information Technology preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of relevant IT experience in a corporate setting.
Ability to operate in a global, virtual cross cultural organization, working in different time zones.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be familiar with supplier management and incident management processes.
Beneficial to have experience with IT project management, coordination or participation.
Ability to influence others and work through others to deliver the desired results.
Skilled/Awareness in IT Service Management & Integration Solutions.
