RN acquires services to modernize and sustain the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS), the Air Force Satellite Control Network (SCN) and the Space Training Acquisition Office (STAO).Job Description:ENSCO, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Cyber Information Systems Security Engineer to support Systems Engineering for Launch Range and Satellite Network activities supporting the USSF Space Systems Command (SSC) Enterprise Corps (EC). This is a fast-paced and highly challenging position where you will be able to influence cyber hardening and future design of the Range systems in various project working groups. Duties will include:Influence cyber hardening/protection of systems from program inception and throughout the program’s lifecycle. Perform Information Systems Security Engineering analyses to identify and mitigate risks, define/design actionable corrective measures to ensure successful demonstration of Risk Management Framework controls and mitigations, which result in Authorization to Operate.Perform Information Systems Security Engineering analysis of system architectures, requirements analysis and decomposition, including system performance test and verification as it pertains to DoDI 8500 Series and more specifically DoDI 8500.2 (Risk Management Framework).Prepare and review Security test and Evaluation (ST&E) plans and test reports, analytical evaluation of systems’ applicable RMF controls and mitigations, system hardening procedures, and development of Cyber requirements.Research and develop Cyber processes and conceptual solutions that meet Cyber objectives and strategies.Review and assess contractor designs, artifacts and provide feedback on potential alternative system design approaches that adhere to Cyber requirements, policies, and strategies.Lead technical meetings and government-led studies, assess technical baselines, and ensure system modifications meet Cyber requirements, objectives, and strategies.Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering Field, Software Engineering, Computer Science, and 5 years demonstrated experience. Nine or more years experience in lieu of degree.3 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense.Knowledge and background with architecture, systems and subsystem requirements, systems engineering processes, and project planning/execution.Technical skills to understand and analyze system problems, define potential solutions, and conduct in-depth technical analysis, assessments and trades and explain results of technical studies in a systems engineering/cyber context.Demonstrated understanding of cyber requirements analysis techniques, and acceptance testing strategies/methodologies.Possess basic theory and operational concepts of range instrumentation and network architectures.Demonstrated expertise and experience with DoD Cyber Security policy and instructions related to RMF.Evaluation of information security principles, DoD STIGs, and A&A processes for systemsExperience planning and executing vulnerability assessments, analyzing results and authoring reports and statements of risk. Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsIAT/IAM Level II certification (CCNA Security, CYSA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, SSCP, CAP, CASP CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO), or higher-level certification.MUST HAVE A CURRENT SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE AND BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A TS/SCI CLEARANCE, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering Field, Software Engineering, Computer Science or demonstrated experience.Demonstrated extensive knowledge of determining and mitigating risk from a Cyber Security perspective.Proven success with Assessment and Authorization process for Space Force and/or Air Force Space Command.Experience using the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) application.Experience supporting a Cybersecurity project engineering teamEvaluating security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies for networked and non-networked systems.IAT/IAM Level III certification (CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CISM, GSLC, CCISO) or higher-level certification.Current TS/SCI clearance#LI-AH1ENSCO has been delivering engineering, science, and advance technology solutions to complex priority programs since 1969.
