Tyson Foods is looking for a Lead Analyst Applications in their Information Technology organization to help our Supply Chain business transform core systems into a modern technology architecture that positions us for the future. Do I have the skills?

The Supply Chain business is critical to the success of Tyson Foods. We have key strategic initiatives occurring in this space to transform our existing applications to better enable of business decision making. The ideal person will have a working knowledge in SAP IBP S&OP, Demand & Supply, and Data integration using CPI-DS. They must be capable of driving outcome-based conversations at every level of the organization and work in multi-functional efforts to drive successful technology facilitation. They will need to be able to effectively communicate business requirements to IT Architecture and Technical Analysts to find solutions to fit needed business outcomes. Their understanding of SAP IBP configurations including sample Planning Areas for time-series data model will be critical as they will be key to moving forward our Supply Chain strategic roadmap.

Requirements:

Location: Springdale, AR or Chicago, IL

Education: College degree or Vocational Technical education in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical

Experience: 5 years of industry experience. Previous business analyst experience preferred. Previous IBP experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Advanced general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office preferred

Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with customers peers and management required. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required. Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment.
