The Senior Technology Implementation Professional delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Senior Technology Implementation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Understanding of current system capabilities and business processes are required.

The Clinical Technology and Capabilities Senior Technology Implementation Professional will work as a liaison and manage projects between IT and the various clinical groups supporting Medicaid & LTSS (Long Term Support Services) lines of business. Gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Facilitate meetings with business partners and IT partners to discuss and document business needs in a way that will support IT development.
Coordinate across teams on milestones and implementation of the project deliverables
Communicate with IT and business project managers to align on status and for reporting out to leadership
Attend meeting to ensure quality delivery of projects
5% travel once covid restrictions are lifted
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Information Systems or a related technical field or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in technology implementations or product/project management
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts
Ability to work independently and efficiently to manage multiple completing projects and initiates
Must be able to work in an agile environment with a certain level of unknown specifications/requirements
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Ability to work up to two nights/weekend days a month to support project delivery to production
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
Clinical experience including knowledge of care plans and assessments
Medicaid knowledge
CGX application experience
SAFe Certification
