JOB DESCRIPTION

Cintas is seeking an SAP Hybris Functional Analyst-Level 2 who will be primarily focused on the SAP Hybris eCommerce and related integrations to SAP CRM and ECC, and will be responsible for:  working on small to large complex IT projects providing business analysis expertise to enable business processes to be translated into documented functional requirements; demonstrating breadth and in-depth knowledge of a business area, driving the understanding of how technicians can implement quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards; performing functional configuration and support duties; and maintaining a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the SAP Hybris eCommerce area, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements, and leveraging best practices.

 

Job duties include:

*Analyzing current SAP Hybris eCommerce and related SAP CRM and ECC processes in the Cintas SAP environment *Designing/enhancing existing SAP Hybris eCommerce and related SAP CRM and ECC business processes within the Cintas SAP environment *Implementing business process changes per business requirements *Documenting configuration and changes implemented as per SAP best practices *Conducting walkthroughs for key users and updating them on new functionalities implemented in the Cintas Hybris eCommerce system available for usage *Educating technical resources in their understanding of functional requirements to be implemented *Preparing test cases and performing testing as directed for assigned systems, including user acceptance testing and regression testing *Reviewing SAP Hybris eCommerce performance, analyzing and identifying areas of improvement *Troubleshooting any functionality issues arising out of Hybris eCommerce at application level

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

 

*High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred *Minimum 3 years of SAP/Hybris techno-functional experience in implementing eCommerce and integrating it with ECC, CRM, or other fulfillment and customer management systems *Minimum 3 years of experience working collaboratively with project teams and leading business users and developers to gather business requirements and translating them into technical requirements *Minimum 3 years of experience providing functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects for medium to large businesses *Experience with Hybris eCommerce design using B2B and B2C accelerators for Content, Commerce, and Order Management *Experience with Hybris eCommerce integrations to SAP systems using integration APIs or microservices *Experience with SAP's integration techniques using PI/PO and OData Services with ECC and CRM
