We have secured a multi-year contract with a Fortune-50 company in Houston and are looking to fill more than 110 consulting positions in the course of next 8 months! This customer uses cutting edge technologies and prefers to keep performing contractors for the long run.

Our client is hiring a SAP HCM Consultants for a fulltime opportunities at Houston, TX

Position 1:

Preferred Skills :

• 6 years of SAP HCM experience or experience with similar enterprise-wide Performance Management or Learning Management systems in a global environment

• Experience with full-cycle implementations including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support

• Excellent customer interface skills, as well as superior written and oral communication abilities

• Ability to manage concurrent high-visibility projects is required

Desirable skills:

• Experience with SAP Travel Expenses and Time Management

• Experience with SAP e-Recruiting

• Experience with Saba Learning Management System

• Experience with Performance Management Systems

• Experience with Learning Management Systems

• General HR business knowledge

Position 2:

Preferred Skills :

• 6 years of SAP HCM hands-on experience configuring Personnel Administration and Org Management in a multiple country configuration environment

• Configuration for the US

• Experience working in a configuration environment with many integration touchpoints including SAP Payroll, FICO, Supply Chain etc.

• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support

• Know how to design interfaces and conversion programs to and from existing systems and vendors

• Minimum of 2 years configuring ESS and MSS on back-end and portal

Desirable skills:

• Experience with SAP Travel Expenses and Time Management

• Experience with SAP e-Recruiting

• Knowledge of SAP Query, Ad hoc Query

• Knowledge of Arinso Query

• Experience with SAP BW

• Experience with Business Objects

• Experience with Saba Learning Management System

• Ability to read basic ABAP code

• Experience with HP Quality Center

• Basic understanding of transports and transport management

• General HR business knowledge
