Description
The Senior Data and Reporting Professional generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. The Senior Data and Reporting Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
Where you Come
The Senior Data and Reporting Professional integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested data elements to load data into a SQL server dataset. Programs and maintains SQL server queries and tables as needed for the various loading requirements. Programs and maintains Microsoft Access as a front-end for analysts to process the data into SQL Server. May create ad-hoc reports as needed for the department. Collaborate alongside others to develop and maintain loading requirements for various projects.

Required Qualifications - What it takes to Succeed
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in data reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including ability to link pivots to external data sources, creating pivot tables and summarizing data into reports and dashboards
Advanced Microsoft Access skills including ability to link to external data sources, pass-through queries, data structure, relationship design and VBA coding.
Advanced Microsoft SQL Server experience in creating tables, complex queries across multiple databases, complex stored procedures and view creation.
Experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations and/or the analysis of healthcare data
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must be able to collaborate with others on projects in a team setting environment.
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS and other data systems
Experience in Microsoft Power BI
Experience in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment
