SUMMARY

Global Technical Service. LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst. We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in project governance, project communications, and SharePoint. The selected candidate will be supporting the United States Air Force (USAF) Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Initiative (MROi).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in selecting, implementing, and developing with Commercial‐Off‐the-Shelf (COTS) applications. 

Participated in the implementation of at least one major Data Integration, Document Management, Identify Management, 

Reporting, Metadata, Business Process Management, or workflow software solution.

Required (Minimum) Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or  equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years or more of  professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a  related Masters degree

Must be US Citizen​

Must have or be able to attain a NAC or SECRET security clearance

Must be able to work and collaborate in group environments

Thorough understanding of Data Management methodologies and tools

High initiative, self-motivation and drive to exceed expectations

Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment

Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software as required

Excellent analytic and problem solving skills

Deadline focused, detail oriented, well organized and self-motivated

Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently

Agile development experience

Computer Science or Business Degree

SECRET security clearance

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting.  Typical work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Job may require additional hours. Work hours may change at Management’s discretion with or without prior notice.  Travel (local and continental United States) may be required at the determination of the USAF.

This position is subject

to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a non-supervisory position

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS

As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
