Work You’ll Do
Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Play lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements
Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
Five years of Identity and Access Management experience.
Experience must include five years of:
Developing product implementation design documents, functional specification documents and system set-up documents;
Designing, building, testing, and deploying compliance product implementation (IBM Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)) design workshops;
Architecting, designing and implementing the IBM suite of products, including installation, configuration, and upgrading these products;
Translating business requirements into technology solutions and communicating results to client executives;
Designing and implementing the security architecture for integrating various applications using the Secure Identity & Access Management (IAM) infrastructure; and
Liaising with other Cyber Risk service lines within the organization, including compliance, app security and DevOps to achieve comprehensive compliance for clients.
Experience must include four years of:
Leading teams of security professionals with multiple workstreams through the full life cycle of an engagement;
Performing cyber risk assessments for NIST 800 series, MARS-E, or ISO guidelines, including operational, regulatory, cyber, and strategic risk;
Leading periodic vulnerability assessments of the client's network, application and software assets and creating remediation plans based on the outcome of vulnerability assessment; and
Planning resource allocation for IT Assets, including servers, virtual hosts, RAM, SWAP, and Disk Space.
Position requires 80% travel.
