Job Description:

Staff will develop, implement, manage, and maintain applications using various technologies including Microsoft .NET, C#, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, web services/API via SOAP/REST, and CSS. Staff will need to analyze, design, and configure changes within the system to incorporate New York Business Express (NYBE) portal functionality, and work with architects and developers to configure and support various back-office integration points and activities.

Job Duties

Analyze and interpret business rules and workflows for application design

Developing web applications in .Net

Develop, implement, manage, and maintain web applications in PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS

Developing new PHP components in the New York Business Express (NYBE) Portal

Developing new PHP components for third party applications/integrations in the NYBE Portal

Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Participate in design sessions

Providing Application support and being on call as required

Work as a peer with other developers.

Create documentation and share knowledge with team members.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Math, Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.

A minimum of 7 years of experience.

72 months experience with building Web Applications using Vue JS, Angular, Microsoft .Net Core, .Net Core MVC, C#, Entity Framework as well as J2EE technologies EJB, Servlets, JSP, JMS, MDB, Open Java Frameworks Spring, struts, Hibernate

72 Months of development experience in web services/API via SOAP/REST, with familiarity in XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, and WSDLs

60 Months of Web Development experience with PHP

60 Months of experience in IT in the areas of Application Design and Implementation

60 Months of Web Development experience with HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, and AJAX

60 Months of experience in database development creating tables, views, complex queries, triggers, procedures and packages and performance tuning in an Oracle database or MSSQL database, with real hands on experience on data integration process using SSIS Microsoft ETL tool.

24 Months experience integrating business rules and developing systems using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), including deployment, testing, automation hub, modeling, and debugging
