Daily tasks will include: Program in the full range of Java EE web technologies, configure and support files required for the development of CDESS vector surveillance system for mosquito, mammal, and tick; as well as COVID19 and Hepatitis related modules.

Participate in system design meetings, implement user requirements in the form of business rules, use cases and web page mockups.

Perform unit and regression testing scripts.

Provide system technical documentation.

Design data logic and physical models.

Gather data migration rules and perform data migration.

Manage tasks assigned to programmers within the project team.

Software Developer

Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.

Expert 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months experience in using WebLogic application server

84 months experience using one or more framework (Spring/myBatis are preferred)

84 months experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java SE, JDBC, Java Servlets and JavaScript with relational database model applications

84 months experience with relational database and SQL

84 months experience in system design and system specification documentation

84 months experience in using web services

84 months experience in working with HL7 messages

84 months experience in design, developing, testing and deploying HL7 interfaces in Orion Rhapsody
