rough understanding of fundamental security and network concepts

Experience with:

Cryptographic implementations at media, file, and application levels

Data classification solutions

Data Loss Prevention solutions and compensating controls

Developing real time inventory of all DLP assets

Industry leading Cloud services and providers

Industry standard security monitoring systems and security tools

Metadata management and data tagging and creating custom data analytics for data security

RESTful APIs and automation

Ability to:

Correlate multiple systems to audit and ensure all endpoint systems are accounted for and appropriate DLP controls or solutions are in place

Develop innovative solutions to complex problems

Maintain, upgrade, and configure devices and software that provide Data Loss Prevention (DLP) subject matter expertise

Partner with teams throughout LendingTree on technology initiatives to improve security and bring standard methodologies and enhance the remote workforce security initiative

Perform validation of security controls to insure adherence with compliance and industry best practices

Research, recommend, and architect compensating DLP controls to better secure endpoint workstations and cloud offerings

Review and document security configurations, policies,

procedures

and standards as needed

Understand business requirements and apply security to an existing and complex ecosystem without adversely affecting the desired functionality

Requirements:

5 years as Information Security Engineer within financial or fin-tech sector

3 years of operational experience with major DLP platform (Gartner Magic Quadrant)

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability

Technical certifications within information security (CISSP, CCSP, GIAC or equivalents)
