Aon is looking for an Identity & Access Management Lead  As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our IAM team.This role can be located in Chicago, New York, Texas, California or Virtual Chicago, New York, Texas or California regions.Your Impact as Identity & Access Management LeadJob Responsibilities:Lead engineering & implementation of security technologies centric to Access Governance security solutionsOwn the adoption of the Identity and Access strategy through the documentation of business capability and roadmap developed with architectureLead and co-ordinate work within the team to deliver per defined roadmapsDomain authority in the area of Identity governance with an eye to improve the area through new feature/functionality developmentImplementation & integration of Identity Governance solutions (Micro focus- IG, Sailpoint, Saviynt etc.)Provide input into architectural design of Access Control, User Entitlements, Application Credentials, User Access Policy Management, improving security related to Access governanceExperience in Identity & Access Management platform solutionsKeep documentation accurate with environment changesExcellent communications skills, both written and oral are a requirement for this positionRequired Skills:5 years of experience in implementation and integration of Identity Management and governance solutionsExperience with IG Operational tasks – Crafting connectors, Defining Access Control, Policies/Platforms, User provisioning and entitlements, Managing Applications Credentials, Auto upload and User Access Policy ManagementExperience in performing Privileged Access Reviews, Compliance Reporting, Access Control Processes and other associated tasks with Privileged User ManagementKnowledge in setting up multi factor authentication (RSA, RADIUS, SAML)Experience with REST API for automated provisioning of Safes, Accounts and Access ControlExperience with auto discovery and automatic password managementSkilled in Active Directory concepts, including users, computers, groups, policiesSolid grasp of protocols, services, and traffic flows for authenticationProgramming with Java, .Net C#, Perl, Python, Golang, PowerShell4 years of demonstrated ability in Identity and Access Management solutions, NetIQ suite a plusExperience working with the following enterprise software:Active DirectoryeDirectorySQL Server (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS)VMwareLinuxWe offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
