Aon is looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk, in Ft. Washington, PA. Your impact as a Junior Salesforce Administrator Job Responsibilities: The Junior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ongoing management of basic Salesforce administration and will provide day-to-day operational support to internal customers. This role partners closely with the Sr. Salesforce Administrator providing support to Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other user groups to drive greater efficiencies and improve productivity. This is a collaborative and diligent role that will work well with multiple levels of the organization. This position is a hands-on, highly visible role. Candidates should be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, analytical abilities and experience working in the Salesforce.com platform. Specific skills include configuration, general maintenance, process and procedure documentation, reports & dashboards, user support, user profiles and security roles.Day to day support and administration of our Salesforce instance.Review and correct salesforce production tickets presented by the AICPA team.Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets and other administrative responsibilities.Address user issues as they arise - communicate issues to the appropriate department and work with admins to resolve the issue as soon as possible and prevent the issue in the future.Build and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other Salesforce objects and functions.Create custom objects when necessary.Maintain, enhance, or create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce environment as instructed.Perform testing of system improvements within a sandbox environment and other quality assurance tasks.Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed.Proactively collaborate with team members on improving processes and boosting productivity.Complete Salesforce trailheads and Salesforce Certifications to improve salesforce knowledge and leverage knowledge to support the AICPA Salesforce instanceYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience1-2 years of Salesforce experience as a Salesforce admin.Demonstrated Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud a plus.Highly motivated and focused self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and lead laterally and upwards a must.Previous operational experience supporting multiple teams a plus.Impeccable organizational, analytical and time management skills.Must be a team player who enjoys supporting their customers.Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Process oriented.High attention to detail.Experience with data loading tools is a plus.Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferredEducationBA/BS degree preferred.Salesforce Administrator Certification 201preferred.Proficient in MS Excel, other commonly used business applications; demonstrated ability to learn new systems.We offer you: A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
