Develop relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business and challenges. Analyze data flows to understand the various manual steps in order to determine the appropriate system business process changes. Supports the Recruiting areas by making configuration updates to the system based on requirements. Enhance or develop Workday reports based on business needs within Recruiting. Serve as the point of contact with Phenom for all integrations and report requests. Mass upload transactions such as positions, job requisitions candidates, etc. into Workday through EIBs. Update Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and related documentation up to date based on enhancements or other changes. Document enhancement requests and system changes through intake process based on collaboration with Recruiters. Work with Recruiters to identify priority in order to determine implementation dates. Also work with Recruiters to clearly define the requirements and document them so that they can be configured. Utilizes tools to develop business process document templates. Support the Workday release process by coordinate and perform all testing for Workday releases for functional areas. Partner with business to facilitate release management process. Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (HR Core, compensation) to ensure HR core supports these areas. Log and maintain Intake Requests in Workday support system (Zendesk). Serve as a point of escalation for tickets escalated to Tier 2 for the Recruiting process area. Take ownership of issue thought resolution. Communicate and educate business teams as needed on resolution. Trouble-shoot process flaws and provide solutions or suggest alternate methods. Partner with the User Adoption Lead to develop training documentation and be available to conduct training with HR on new functionality as needed. Also, partner with user adoption lead by gathering feedback, analyzing it, and recommending areas for improvement, coming up with solutions.
