Lead Software Engineer, Enterprise API Developer Experience is a pivotal role in leading the technology transformation efforts focused on building developer experiences and simplifying API consumption across the enterprise. The role will be responsible for all aspects of software engineering and delivery.

Lead engineering teams building developer experiences for Enterprise APIs

Lead design and development efforts leveraging Agile methodologies

Collaborate with product owners and architects to define roadmaps, logical/physical architecture for solutions

Drive improvements in the velocity, scale, and sophistication of engineering solutions

Lead and coach others towards enablement of contemporary engineering and agile practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent

8 years of experience delivering engineering solutions with at least 2 years in leadership capacity

Expertise in web development with .NET/C#, React stack, JQuery and securing applications leveraging OAUTH2/OIDC standards

Experience in Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS and/or GCP)

Experience building visually engaging platforms with advanced UX/UI

Experience with SQL and/or No-SQL databases (MySQL, SQL, MongoDB or similar products)

Experience with microservices architecture patterns and building/consuming RESTful APIs

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and building-trusting relationships with stake holders

Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitOps or similar products)

Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrance or similar products

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and agile environment

Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Motivated to learn new technologies and identify process improvements and efficiencies
