About the job
This position is needed to
lead the Marketing and Growth Product team in Messaging
This team is responsible for adding features to augment Twilio’s Messaging platform with primary focus on, but not limited to Marketing use cases. This team will also own the add-ons for Twilio Messaging.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Define our vision for a reliable, stable, and easy-to-use platform
Lead a team of talented product managers
Generate and own the multi quarter/year product roadmap for marketing and growth
Build the roadmap for messaging add-ons that differentiates Twilio Messaging

Required:
7 years with Product Management and 3 years experience with B2B Software
Experience with developer products is required. Must be technically savvy and have a good understanding of APIs, designing APIs, and data.
Experience leading multiple products as well as taking products from concept to launch
Experience managing products/ services in the email, messaging, marketing and engagement space strongly preferred but not required.
Bachelors in computer science or equivalent experience
Desired:
2 years with people management is a plus
Master degree in business administration or equivalent experience
Location
This role will be
remote, and based in the West Coast, USA
Approximately
5% travel is anticipated.
