Position Description:

ADP is hiring a Sr. Business Analyst to join our centralized analytics team . In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for reporting and analysis on key metrics across our Major Accounts Business. You will be pivotal in providing the insights that drive decision-making and process improvement across the organization. To succeed in this role you will need to leverage your analytic skillset to develop and enhance reports which answer key questions across our department stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel and Tableau.

Analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.

Conduct research, gather and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and metrics.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Communicate project status, progress, and risks to executive leadership as well as frontline associates.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various data sources.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.

5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related field.

Proficiency in Excel and Tableau.

Familiarity with MS SQL.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Project management experience.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications Preferred:

Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in data mining, statistical analysis, or machine learning.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.

Experience with other data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView.

Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management, ideally with Databricks.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and coach junior analysts.
