In this role, you will be responsible for managing and building out a world class cyber security team. Our ideal candidate is a great collaborator with the technical chops to design an enterprise security program that encompasses all aspects of corporate, retail, and production environments. What you’ll do:
Manage and build out a world class cyber security team
Design an enterprise security program that encompasses all aspects of corporate, retail, and production environments
Ensure security is baked into the life cycle of each and every project by participating in architecture reviews
Manage a formal enterprise security and risk management program
Partner with other business leaders and departments on good cyber security practices and hygiene
Who you are:
8 years InfoSec experience
3-4 years of experience managing the InfoSec team
Relevant Certifications e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, SSCP, CEH, GCIH, etc.
Experience with governance risk & compliance (auditing, assessments, etc), such as SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, etc.
Experience with computer architecture, networking, and distributed systems
Experience with cloud first environments such as AWS and Google Cloud
Experience with infrastructure as code and agile development concepts
Prior information security management experience required
Strong leader in incident response
High level of collaboration and communication
Healthcare experience is a major plus but not a requirement
Comfortable moving fast and working through ambiguity
Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
