The Lead Technology Leadership Professional will lead the UM technology transformation program to build UM capabilities in the Salesforce Health Cloud platform. In this role, you will execute the UM technology transformation strategy, make technical decisions to streamline process and to improve the quality of deliverables. You will collaborate with Technical team, product owners, testing teams and architects to ensure that production schedules is followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. To be successful, the individual in this role must bring a strong combination of business and technical knowledge and be able to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required

10 years of software development experience

Experience leading Agile Release Teams

Result oriented leader who operates with a high sense of urgency

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Excellent problem solving and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree in computer science or related field

Six sigma certified

PMP certified

Experience in Salesforce

Cloud training and/or certification

Agile experience and training\certifications

SAFe certification

Experience in clinical systems

Additional Information

This position reports directly to Director, Technology Solutions, IT HPE - Data Protection, Quality Products and Ops.

*Candidate must be able to work on a hybrid schedule (Remote/ In office as needed) and be able to perform duties on EST or CST time.
