Job Details:

The Lead Analyst Governance on the IT Compliance team at Tyson provides control assurance and support to the IT organization relating to regulatory requirements, audit facilitation and framework validation. As a lead, this role is a driver of innovation, purveyor of best practice and a mentor to other team members. We are looking for someone who is driven to perform with a track record of success. Job Summary:

Provide external and internal audit support for Tyson IT

Create and maintain IT process documentation

Develop new documentation and standards

Ensure IT controls are maintained and updated

Identify governance KPIs and metrics

Analyze relevant IT process data

Utilize analytics and visualization tools to create relevant dashboards

Integrate with IT process teams to ensure compliance

Leverage continuous improvement principles to improve Governance team operating model

Perform work independently with little or no direct supervision

Plan and distribute work across team as needed

Mentor junior team members

Critical Skills:

Experience working with auditors (both internal and external)

IT background that provides the ability to work and understand various IT processes

Understanding of COBIT

Regulatory background (SOX etc.)

Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word, Excel)

Analytics proficiency with experience joining different data sets together to prove control reliance

Cross-team collaboration at director/vice president levels

A customer service orientation with strong relationship building skillsets and an understanding of how to leverage emotional intelligence in the workplace

Experience:

Team or people leadership experience preferred

Bachelor’s and 3-5 years’ experience in an IT audit or IT Compliance field, or 5 years of general IT experience

CISA or higher certification required within first year of employment
