The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers

Develop batch application using .net, oracle

Plan and design the structure of a technology solution

Communicate software requirements to app dev team members

Develop software with modern web development frameworks

The consultant will adhere to NYSIF's application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.

Systems Architect

Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.

Senior 60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. 60 months' experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy administration and maintenance for Workers' Compensation Insurance

60 months' experience in development, support and implementation of software related to actuarial data computation and gathering for Workers' Compensation Insurance

60 months' experience in Oracle development using PL/SQL in the following: triggers, functions, stored procedures, packages, view, cursor, file processing, JSON processing, XML processing, advanced query optimization, and database design and implementation

60 months experience as a .Net application developer - TFS, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or newer, Web Services, Oracle ODP.Net.

60 months experience with web browser application development using Javascript, CSS, XML, Xslt, html and AJAX.

36 months with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)
