\u003cp\u003eThe Project Manager will be responsible managing NAES internal projects and vendor communications, project reviews, planning, scheduling of resources, and all other implementation activities. You will be the main contact in the IT Team and will have the responsibility to execute projects to ensure that the project scope and objectives are accomplished within the agreed-upon budget cost while adhering to project management best practices based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003ePartner with multiple teams across our company to prioritize internal projects by understanding scope, requirements, level of effort, and state of our pipeline, and clarifying trade-offs when changes are made to that plan\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSet realistic timelines and consistently meet the benchmarks within it\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eReadjust and communicate the schedule as necessary to ensure timely delivery of the final project\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage the financial plan and consistently evaluate the project budget\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage day to day interaction with the IT Team, Vendors and Business Process Owners, build relationships and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eIdentify and respond to potential issues throughout the life of the project to minimize potential negative impacts\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform proactive Risk Management - Asses the project/solution risk, communicate and administer mitigation plans\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eReview Statement of Work, Change Requests, and follow internal approval business processes\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProject status reporting with stakeholders including Actions and Decisions\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEstablish and maintain the project communication plan providing updates to the project team as well as the internal and external stakeholders\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eBachelor\u0027s degree in CS, Finance, or related field, or equivalent PM certification (PMP) / CAPM certification\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e2 years of experience as a PM focused on working with IT Teams or Customer Implementations\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience managing projects within Agile/ Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to handle stressful deadlines and situations\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMust be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized\u003c/li\u003e
