JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Data Analyst I. Responsibilities include aggregating and performing statistical analysis on business data based on requests from project teams or senior leadership; integrating data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and updating data as needed; writing queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects; interpreting data to identify business trends, conducting root cause analysis of business problems, or suggesting areas for process improvement.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
*2 years' experience in supporting safety reporting functions and/or business operations *2 years' experience in safety data analysis; implementing, administering and customizing safety reporting/metrics *Skill set in data management, safety analytics, problem solving and business operations knowledge *High levels of organization skills and management of multiple projects/tasks *Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet *Ability to travel up to 10% of the time *Valid driver's license *High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Business or Information Technology, preferred
Preferred
*Corporate Health and Safety experience *Experience supporting a corporate or location safety team *Experience with data extraction, data manipulation, data loading and cleansing and report development *Preferred a degree related to Operational Management, Industrial Management, or Business Analytics. *Working knowledge and experiences related in supply chain management, skill set in data management, business intelligence, and business operations knowledge. *Knowledge and experiences in optimization and simulation method is a plus.
