What You Will Be Doing

Lead efforts with the team to develop, maintain and evolve Platform’s data infrastructure, aggregation methods, information development tools, related processes with cross-functional groups

Directly manage a small team focused on projects related to Analytics, involving coaching and mentoring teammates, allocation of resources, setting team and individual priorities, assessing and guiding individual performance and more.

Drive the team’s execution to ensure that we are achieving development milestones.

Drive, define and develop metrics that would be used to manage cross-functional Quality efforts

What You Bring To The Team

BS in computer science or equivalent

5 plus years of technical lead and/or management experience, while staying hands-on in development

Experience in Agile development and continuous integration in development projects.

Experience with CI/CD of dockerized applications on cloud platforms.

Proficiency in high level languages, preferably python.

Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, delivering products to market on schedule, and ensuring feedback loops from customers into development

Data driven, with strong customer focus

Experience in extracting operational insights from metrics

Solid knowledge of end-to-end quality best practices

Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
