The Senior Product Management Professional monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions. Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product gaps, defining product requirements, and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

The Product & Experience team drives the product vision for our web, mobile and conversational AI digital presence with a strong focus on user experience, and strive to create clear, beautiful, inclusive web experiences empowering our customers.

As the Senior Product Manager - Experience, you will be responsible for defining and leading the execution of the roadmap for a unified user experience across our applications and services for our members. Partnering closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will drive the development of consistent, intuitive, and seamless experiences and run day-to-day product acting as the product manager in an agile environment. The ideal candidate has significant experience launching consumer-facing products and leading highly cross-functional teams to create compelling, resonant digital experiences leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning. This position is full-time and based out of our office in Boston, MA, Louisville, KY, remote options exist, preferences for areas close to those locations.

Key responsibilities

Own the member- and associate-focused product vision, strategy and execution.

Define user needs, identifying gaps, features enhancements and opportunities.

Drive and own product decisions, incorporating feedback from business owners, tech team, and other key stakeholders.

Collaborate with the business team on defining an omnichannel strategy and vision, creating and executing the roadmap to bring it to life.

Set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new product launches.

Gather requirements and feedback from multiple stakeholders and translate them into the features within the product vision.

Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and collaborates on user stories that drives the product development life cycle.

Drive product launches including working with marketing, field agents, and other product management team members.

Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to deliver on the vision.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree In Computer Science or similar discipline.

5 years of professional experience with 4 years of consumer facing software product management experience.

Experience with agile software development lifecycle tools such as Aha!, ProductBoard, Monday, Trello, Balsamiq Mockups, Jira, Google analytics and/or A/B Testing tools.

Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.

Passion for building inclusive experiences where people of all backgrounds see themselves represented in your work.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of experience in omnichannel products.

Experience designing and building conversational agents.

Experience designing and building solutions for HealthCare.

Background in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Background in user experience.
