Description
The Lead, IT Compliance assesses the most complex new and existing information systems applications to ensure that appropriate controls exist, that processing is efficient and accurate, and that information systems procedures follow corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice frameworks. The Lead, IT Compliance works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The IT Compliance Lead works with all parts of IT to ensure that the appropriate controls exist, operate effectively and that information systems procedures are following industry and corporate standards. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Responsibilities
The IT Compliance Lead will be responsible for:
Understanding & interpreting compliance requirements, with special focus on the PCI DSS
Identifying opportunities to reduce rick & efficiencies possible through network segmentation
Identifying opportunities to enhance control design to reduce risk and meet compliance requirements
Owning, driving, and facilitating PCI best practice training and assessment expectations to key stakeholder throughout the organization
Focus on meeting annual assessment timelines through partnership with network, application, and system teams.
Required Qualifications
8 or more years of IT audit experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Experience interpreting and testing the PCI DSS
Familiarity with industry technology control frameworks such as HITRUST, NIST.
Familiarity with assessing cloud platform infrastructure and architecture (Azure, GPC, AwS)
Ability to operate in ambiguity and navigate complex technology interdependencies
Project management experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior demonstrated experience with process improvement or process design
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience implementing processes with enterprise-wide impact
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and changing environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
PMP certification
Six Sigma Certification
