Humana is seeking a Lead - Cloud Quality Engineer who is smart, curious and technically expert in defining cloud Test Strategy, Quality standards, metrics for cloud based applications, including developing and identifying tools that will improve and optimize the quality, develop test frameworks, develop testing infrastructure, lead and coach Quality team on building cloud testing strategies and improve test effectiveness.

Responsibilities

The Lead Cloud Test Engineer is a technical expertise role driving Test Strategy, defining Quality Standards for cloud at enterprise level and define metrics to measure the efficiency and Testing for cloud based applications, including developing and identifying tools that will improve and optimize the quality, develop test frameworks, develop testing infrastructure, lead and coach Quality team on building cloud testing strategies and improve test effectiveness.

The activities are geared towards improving product quality, software performance and security with a focus on upstream process improvements, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment. These efforts will require you to interact at every levels and in different parts of the organization. The ideal person for this role is someone who wants (and enjoys) wearing multiple hats to increase customer impact through speedy delivery of secure, responsive, quality software.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience3-5 years of driving quality in cloud creating a well-informed cloud Testing strategy and manage the adaption process.

Cloud Certified

Hands on experience in driving multi-cloud quality strategy

Define Quality standards, metrics and processes for applications hosted on cloud

Design and develop appropriate test automation framework, harnesses and code libraries to enable the team to both use and enhance them across successive projects

Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices and techniques in order to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by enterprise

Collaborate with key teams including DevOps and DevSecOps to drive CI/CDLeverage effective communication to articulate Quality bottlenecks to leadership and partners.

Provide technical know-how, documentation and training to test and other business functions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience demonstrating success in a matrix-managed, cross-functional, and collaborative organization.
