The DCM Order To Cash – SAP is responsible for driving solutions to enable effective and efficient outcomes for the BMS business. Through strong collaboration and a focus on business success, this person drives BUILD and RUN activities for the Order To Cash functionality associated to the SAP systems.
Position Responsibility:
Strong working knowledge of SAP S4 OM (Order Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution).
Knowledge of related SAP areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (PP), Costing (CO), and Direct Procurement (PROC)
Experience in a full life cycle implementation of SAP is preferred
Experience with interfacing SAP to Third Party Manufacturers systems is preferred.
Experience implementing SAP interfaces in a FDA and GxP regulated environment.
Experience managing project personnel and budgets.
Experience managing projects or components of large projects.
Able to Coordinate Interface development and conversion of data via external or third parties
Able to deal with ambiguity in problem definition and organizational relationships. Experience working in a matrix organization.
Able to manage work across virtual teams
Able to deal with and sensitive to cultural differences
Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.

Part of the team that produces the deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support the Cell therapy Order to Cash requirements globally.
Deliver on all project timelines, project budget, and overall project quality.
Work with IT Business Partners to understand business strategy and support IT strategy development
Participate in and provide input to IT platform strategy
Providing solutions by using the SAP S4 application as well as related bolt-on, related tools, and integrations tools
Provide oversight and guidance to project teams and third party /partner development organizations for the Cell Therapy Order to Cash area and related applications
Provide approval as necessary for third party and/or partner work in the SAP ECC ERP or related applications
Managing/Guiding the transition of all project work to the Accenture build and run teams
Provide oversight and governance for process design within SAP platforms in specific area
Absorb new ideas and drive continuous improvement for operations and design of processes.
Desired Experience:
Strong working knowledge of SAP S4 OM (Order Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution).
7 – 10 years’ experience in an information technology related field within the life sciences industry delivering and supporting Sales and Distribution.
Degree Requirements - BS Computer Science, Math, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in one or more system domains including Sales and Distribution, and Finance.
Proven ability to lead complex matrixed teams and work in a highly-matrixed environment.
Proven ability to manage large teams with either direct report relationships and/or contractor/partner relationships.
