Job Details:
Summary:
The responsibility of this position is to perform technical and functional support for all Records Retention systems, processes and database technologies that contribute to the achievement of business and financial goals as established by the Global Governance and Corporate Affairs Team.
Job Duties:
Assist with system administrative services for the Records Retention System (TRIM), Control Point (CP), and Structured Data Manager (SDM) included but not limited to content update, maintenance, user profiles, security architecture, record types and classification schemes
Maintain and execute TRIM, CP and SDM software system interfaces with other systems
Assist with TRIM, CP and SDM system training
Provide TRIM software support - troubleshooting any reported issues
Sustain a relationship between IT and Records Retention in accordance with the Records Retention departmental vision
Works with Tyson Foods Records Department liaisons, Records Retention, IS, external software vendors and system integrators
Technical and functional support of strategic business initiatives
Assist with development, implementation, and support of internally developed business applications and processes
Technical and functional support in a networked environment
Documentation of activities and revising of specific technical manuals and knowledge repositories
Provide oversight and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
Distribute data to internal customers to support compliance requirements and data-informed decision-making
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members
Responsible for backing up the Records Center Supervisor/Coordinator with serving the customer requests and Records Center Special Projects
Education:
Minimum 2-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical area. Related experience may be acceptable.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Be able to lift 30-70 pounds when requested to assist Records Center Coordinator
Available to travel when requested
Preferred Skills:
Basic Database Administration experience
Working knowledge of database operations and process definition including backups, restores, database maintenance plans and setting security permissions
Familiarity with Cloud hosting/service offerings
Exposure to command line interface scripting to manage databases and extract data is desirable
Exhibit ability to logically diagnosis issues and develop support strategy
