Summary:

To develop human centric user interfaces along with data visualization to improve data insights and help business make better, data-driven decisions

Data visualization should easily narrate a story with data

Make data meaningful through Visualization to accelerate information comprehensible and actionable across a broad spectrum of stakeholders for reports, Mock ups and screen designs

Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills

Excellent organizational skills with very good attention to detail.

In-depth understanding of how people use and interact with the Internet.

Deliver Timely and Accurate Reporting in line with stakeholder requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

3 or more years of experience in designing the end user interface using human centric deign principles to improve data insights and help business make better, data-driven decisions

The individual will work collaboratively between different teams in IT and business to develop end user interfaces based on human centric designs along with data visualization for data driven decisions

Visualization should help narrate the story using data

Expertise in PowerBI, Data Studio, React, Java Script, Excel

Experience with Human-Computer Interaction, Human centered design for developing Reports, Mock ups and screen design

Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics

Experience working in an Agile model or at least knowledge of Agile

SQL, R, or Python programming experience

Act as a thought partner in designing analytics and reporting solutions

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical area. Equivalent work experience may be acceptable.

Experience: 3 years of experience in Information Systems or related area with relevant experience.

Computer Skills:

Expertise in PowerBI, Data Studio, React, Java Script, Excel,

Knowledge of Python and R will be good

Communication Skills: Good verbal and above average written skills. Experience communicating technical information to non-technical team members.

Special Skills:

Solid understanding of human centric design principle and used them to design the user interfaces or data visualizations.

Experience working in an Agile model or at least knowledge of Agile

Excellent collaboration required with different teams and with Business

Ability to understand the business and speak the business language to explain the data insights

Possess strong SQL and data analysis skills

Develop quick mock ups for data visualization and work iteratively to make them deliver the data insights useful for data driven decisions

Supervisory: None

Travel: Some travel may be required. Amount of travel will be determined by individual project requirements.
