Business Analyst MS Suite implementation and support JAD collection and analysis

To support the Client's Bureau of Enterprise Applications, as described in the SOW. These staff augmentation services will be for documenting, enhancing, and working with Client's multiple applications to analyze data flow and application interface changes for the Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) system.

Business Analyst:

Mandatory Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff.

Experience developing detailed requirements with accuracy and clarity.

Experience documenting enhancements as identified by a contract or technical manager.

Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel and Word.

Experience with implementation and support of mission critical business intelligence applications.

Experience providing effective written and oral communication to technical and non-technical team members and customers.

Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, technical meetings, brainstorming / consensus building sessions, and interact with executive level project sponsors.

Experience performing business user requirements collection and analysis.

Experience providing user support and problem solving activities.

Experience creating and maintaining documentation (e.g. system, program, user, technical).

Experience with Business Intelligence analysis.

Experience analyzing Data Flows and Model data.

A bachelor's degree in one of the computer science fields or in management information systems, or four (4) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.
