The Technology Solutions-Strategy and Support team is looking for a person that loves a fast past environment and providing system updates and new technology solutions to the Medicare enrollment and communications team. Have you worked in the insurance industry and have detailed project management skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs that aligns with the enterprises strategic objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

Gather and document business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements

Complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of technical systems project management experience

Insurance experience

Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle -

Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments

Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts

Collaboration and communication at various level, including senior leaders

Proven organizational skills

Process analysis and efficiency development

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

Agile Development Methodologies - SAFE

Prior experience developing and maintaining reports on behalf of a portfolio of business projects

Knowledge with Power Bi, Power Apps and Power Automate

Rapid Force Release Methodologies

Six Sigma / Lean Certification

PMP Certification

Experience with data analytics
