Job Description:

Provide end to end support for all the SAP Analytics Cloud & Analytics Hub product related support, upgrades, migrations from SAP BO, version/patch releases, bug fixes and user support.

Need to work with MI Center of Excellence as the project team for MI/BI portfolio.

Work as a visualization expert to implement visualization stories for customer’s business KPI’s.

Review and contribute to solution knowledge base with specific areas of expertise, Develop and document enterprise knowledge in the form of technical articles, and best practices.

Provides production support for the new and existing Analytics Cloud reports and it’s administration.

Responsible for supporting Operations Service Manager to ensure services are delivered compliant to process standards and controls.

Knowledge of SQL and relational, also OLAP database management systems concepts and structures

Migration of reports / universes/ users along with security settings from one dev/stage to Prod Environment using Promotion Management tool following Change Management Process.

Monitoring day to day scheduled jobs.

Position requires consulting skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business and in a global and regional team environment.

Provide strong predictive analytics expertise in the development of new solutions as well as the improvement of existing solutions.

Work with SAP Support in case any issue is not resolved internally.

Provide Support, Design, configuration and testing services of core business objects functionality when required (Launch pad, Universe, Crystal, SAP BW, Dashboard, Analysis for OLAP, Analysis for Excel, Work spaces, User roles);

Provide proactive services in relation to identifying potential SAP Business Objects functionality improvements and/or resolving SAP Business Objects functionality and processing areas of concern;

Undertake SAP Business Objects Incident resolution tasks including completion of all related system and documentation activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and/or KPI’s;

Adhere to ITIL V3 processes, standard operating procedures, SLA’s and KPI’s, ASAP Methodology, etc

Responsible to support process improvements to continuously improve the stability and performance of the applications.

Perform service transition from development to support and Identify system bottlenecks and opportunities for betterment.

Interacting in a partnership with other groups, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements:

Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum five (5) years significant SAP experience mainly on SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Analytics Hub.

Experience on connection of different on premise and cloud data sources.

Experience in SAC administration and Security like (User Creation, Teams Creation, Custom Roles).

Experience with Cloud Connector and Cloud agent.

Experience with Live and import data models functionality.

Perform requirement gathering for Model, Story and Dashboard / Agenda development.

Hands on experience on building models, dimensions, stories and digital boardroom.

Knowledge on Planning, Allocations and VDT (Value Driver Tree).

Experience in creating Dashboard’s and Agenda in Digital boardroom.

Experience in creating mobile compatible dashboards in SAC.

Experience in trouble shooting dashboard performance issues.

Ability to help in educating users on SAP Analytics cloud and data integrity concepts and tool functionality.

Should be able to drive and work on the functional data integration with planning and Analytical reporting.

Good knowledge of data warehousing and visualization concept of reporting.

Create unit test cases and perform unit testing

Create necessary documentation as per methodology.

Able to work in shifts on rotation basis.

Knowledge of and experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery pertaining to SAP Applications and Database

Communication architecture / process between various aspects of SAP Analytics Cloud & Analytics Hub integration with BO 4.2 tools and CMC, DB’s, HANA DB & BW.

Experience or working knowledge of Python scripting & R.

Working knowledge on HTML, CSS and at least one leading Javascript framework.

Knowledge on Smart predict, Time series forecasting predictive model and Regression predictive model.

Knowledge on Predictive Time Series Forecast.

Experience with IT controls, compliance and security.

Certifications on Analytics Cloud, Business Objects Enterprise, BO Administration, Business Intelligence Platform & Web Intelligence is a plus.

Experience in Cloud Administration is desirable.

Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and legal compliance requirements
