Work you’ll do
Our Client is currently implementing Oracle ERP Cloud to support their financial business processes. Responsibilities for the engagement is to take over the postproduction support for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials system which includes GL, AP, AR, FA and Projects.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings
• Review assignment of tickets
• Triage and resolve high priority or complex tickets (incidents and problems)
• Manage the workload of the technical team
• Conduct impact analysis
• Set and enforce standards and frameworks for technical work products
• Manage quality of work products
• Participate in governance, reporting execution along with Delivery Manager
• Manage the continuous improvement process from a technical perspective
• Review functional design and create technical design for new enhancements
• Monitor alerts
• Manage and track Oracle SRs for their tracks
• Work with the Delivery Manager to escalate SR's not getting desired attention

We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
Professionals can expect to deliver “heart of the business” projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, project management as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients’ enterprises.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related IT discipline
• Oracle Cloud data model
• Oracle Cloud Integrations
• Data model, simple/advanced reporting
• Knowledge of web services
• Technical designs for integration, workflow, and reporting
• Develop integrations, workflows, and reports
• Release management and regression testing
• Ability to review new functionality and create impact assessment of changes
• Limited Sponsorship: Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Preferred
• Looking for a 7-8 years of working experience in Oracle Financial Cloud as a senior consultant and should have done at least 2 live projects implementation.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle financials and Project modules like General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Project Accounting modules.
• Strong technical and analytical skills on problem-solving and suggest solutions.
• Have experience working in Support Project and fully aware of process like Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management.
• Should have ability to work independently on project deliverables.
