We’re looking for a principal software engineer with a forward-thinking software development mindset to help expand our existing platforms, develop new products, and advance our engineering practices and processes.

Our small, fast-paced teams are responsible for creating innovative software that enhances the experiences of both internal and external clients. In Richardson (in the north Dallas/Fort Worth area), our team builds applications that facilitate commercial real estate related sales, lending and loan servicing efforts.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Salesforce administrative and development experience

Lightning Component Development

C#

ASP.NET with MVC and Web API experience,

JavaScript frameworks like Angular/VUE/React

Relational database design experience

Structured Query Language (SQL, T-SQL)

Software design pattern fluency

Software architecture & modular development

Application and data security awareness

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.

TECHNICAL PLUSES

Full stack development experience

AWS and/or Azure Cloud development

Cloud application architecture experience

Salesforce integration experience

Salesforce Apex API implementation experience

CI/CD experience using industry tools

Machine learning interest or experience

UI/UX skills

SQL Server, Oracle and/or PostgreSQL experience

Index, View and Stored Procedure design and optimization

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause moderate impact to department or damage to a client engagement.
