In this role you will work with one of the world’s largest goal-oriented conversational datasets to push the boundaries of computational linguistics and drive innovative new products. In addition to a world-class data set, you’ll also have an at-scale population of expert data annotators (contact center agents) to help drive investigation and learning.

In this role you will:

Propose and execute research efforts that drive product strategy

Apply deep learning and NLP methods to learn and derive value from one of the world’s largest goal-oriented conversational datasets.

Research and build systems that support the next-generation conversational AI

Lead and supervise other data scientists.

Present your results to internal and external stakeholders

Your qualifications are:

Ph.D. in Computer Science

Hands on experience in Deep Learning

Strong programming experience in Python/Java/C

Good communication skill and a team player

Publications in AI/ML/NLP conferences

Prior work experience or internship in industry
