We are seeking a Staff Product Manager in the Voice & Video Platform organization to focus on delivering world-class Enterprise capabilities and customer experience for the largest and most innovative organizations. This role will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to deeply understand the unique needs of our enterprise customers, deliver the capabilities and measure the results. This role will be critical in partnering with multiple Product team roadmaps and cross-functional groups to establish and execute on Twilio’s Enterprise product vision.

A demonstrated track record in a cloud-based platform or service business, including experience managing developer facing products such as API services, application deployment platforms or developer tools.

5 years of hands-on experience within product management, engineering and go-to-market. We require experience building and launching complex platforms at scale and providing product direction to meet customer needs.

5 years experience with products in real-time communications, collaboration or similar space. You should have deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Enterprise class customers and overall market.

Experience managing global teams in a high-growth technology company

Detail-orientation with great organizational skills, comfortable with ambiguity and ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be personable yet persistent and clearly communicate and engage with key stakeholders including executive leadership.

Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

Salary Range: $120,832.00 - $166,144.00

Rest of Colorado:

Salary Range: $105,728.00 - $145,376

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
