Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Essentially worked in Product Implementation. 2. Ability to handle a customer efficiently to communicate with clients. 3. Understanding of Windows and web based software’s installation and configuration. 4. Basic understanding of Windows server, understanding the infrastructure required for server Configuration. 5. Ability to link technical and functional knowledge. 6. Implementing ERP for client. 7. Ability to provide training on the application. 8. Ability to gather client business requirements and document the same. Essential Requirements: 1. Knowledge of Education domain (K-12). 2. Good communication skills. 3. Effective Oral / Written Communication skills in English. 4. Excellent telephonic/email Etiquette. 5. Team players with interpersonal communication skills. 6. Good Presentation skills. 7.
