Description

The Senior Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Senior Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

Across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Information Systems or a related technical field OR 5 years of experience in clinical systems as a product owner with emphasis on writing quality stories
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts
Ability to work independently and efficiently to manage multiple completing projects and initiates
Must be able to work in an agile environment with a certain level of unknown specifications/requirements
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Ability to work up to two nights/weekend days a month to support project delivery to production
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps


Preferred Qualifications


Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
Clinical experience including knowledge of care plans and assessments
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
CGX or HCAT application experience
SAFe Agile PMPO certification
