Role: Information Architect Duration : 6 months

Location : Central, NJ

Required Skills:

5-7 years of Information Architecture experience

Ability to drive and translate business requirements in technical architecture and design

Solid understanding of Data Integration concepts using ETL and EAI technologies

Extensive experience in data analysis and logical/physical modeling

Experience in architecting multiple types of data stores - ODS, Data Warehouses, Data Marts, Transactional Databases

Strong Background in database design and development

Strong SQL tuning skills on DB2/UDB

Strong experience in BI architecture and information access patterns

Experience with data warehouse appliances is a plus

Experience in Project Planning and Control

Experience in development and implementation of Data Governance models

Business case development based on technical trends

Financial Services Industry experience is required

Self-driven with ability to manage competing priorities and navigating ambiguous requirements

Strong leadership skills to indirectly manage across functional teams toward common solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of a combination of following technologies is desirable:

* Platforms: z/OS, UNIX, Linux, Windows, Netezza

* Databases: DB2, DB2/UDB, SQL Server

* Data Integration: IBM Information Information Server, AbInitio

* BI: Cognos, OBIEE
