In conjunction with the firm’s technology infrastructure, security, and support groups, has responsibility for technical design, implementation and maintenance of desktop applications and standard computer configuration. This position will be filled by an experienced software/systems engineer with a high level of project management and documentation skills. We need a team player with exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will need to work independently and demonstrate the initiative to advance projects and accomplish broad goals accurately and in a timely manner. The Information Technology Applications and Integration Administrator has responsibility for the technical design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the firm’s enterprise systems, including document management, accounting, collaboration, database as well as other client/server, web based and hosted applications. In conjunction with the firm’s technology infrastructure, security, and support groups, has responsibility for technical design, implementation and maintenance of desktop applications and standard computer configuration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively participate with the IT Director, IT Infrastructure Manager, IT Support Manager, IT staff and vendors to select products, design, implement, maintain and support the Firm’s enterprise systems and desktop configuration.
Identify business requirements, industry best practices and appropriate products to provide advanced software tools, workflows, and processes in support of business operations and legal teams, including Accounting, Records Management, Human Resources, and Facilities Management groups.
Perform limited development and scripting in SharePoint and other platforms in the firm’s portfolio of products, such as Intapp Open. Oversee more complex development projects using other staff, vendors and consultants.
Manage and execute projects in the implementation of enterprise systems and desktop applications.
Take ownership of the implementation and support of software management tools, such as Microsoft SCCM, in order to inventory, update, monitor and provide standardization of the firm’s desktop configuration.
Microsoft SQL administration. Oversee and manage more complex DBA requirements using other staff, vendors and consultants.
Create and maintain documentation related to the systems and processes for which this role is responsible.
May be the point of escalation for support requests. Mentors and cross trains other staff members as appropriate.

Knowledge and experience in the following platforms are critical:
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
Windows 10 design and deployment
Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise Applications including SharePoint, Flow, Azure, Exchange, and Intune
PowerShell, VBA (Microsoft Office Macros) and VBS Scripting
Microsoft SQL
Knowledge and experience in some of the following platforms desired:
iManage Cloud Document and Records Management
Zoom Meetings, Phone and Rooms Administration
Citrix XenApp Enterprise
Elite Enterprise
Intapp Time
Intapp Open
ManageEngine systems and tools (ADAudit and OpsManager)

Education, Training and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10 years of previous experience related to back office systems. 5 years of law firm experience in applications support. 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL, including writing queries.
