Description
The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

In this role, you will directly work with key client stakeholders to define the business problem and determine solution requirements for our Medicare/Medicaid Product Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring business value and communicating outcomes. You’ll be part of a dynamic agile team to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.
The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed with minimal direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related field or in any of the STEM fields of study OR equivalent experience
8 or more years of full SDLC experience in a large IT organization involving enterprise class solutions utilizing open systems technologies.
5 or more years of Oracle EBS Product Data Hub (PDH) full lifecycle implementation and support experience.
Must have hands on experience with design and implementation including customization, personalization, integration of PDH features such as: ICC, Catalog and Category Usages and set up, Attribute Groups, Multitier item classes, Item templates, New Item request approvals, Change Order Approvals, Mass updates, Business Even subscription & Item Rules, BOM, Concurrent Programs, Look ups and Descriptive flex fields, defining security, change management & lifecycles, troubleshooting based on logs and error files.
Strong technical knowledge of EBS 12.6 technical stack especially PL/SQL, Scripting, OAF, Forms, Reports, WEBADI, XML Publisher, RICE, ADF, SOAP, REST API, BPEL, Workflows (set up, design, admin), various tables and data models/ schemas, etc.
Experience with manual and automated testing and deployments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in the relevant field of study
Cloud Certification
Experience with Oracle EBS/PDH Cloud
Demonstrated ability to function as a Lead / SME
Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight
Experience with manual and automated testing and deployments
