Description
The Project Manager Technology Implementation delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Senior Technology Implementation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager Technology Implementation gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage medium to large scope projects within programs and standalone projects
Utilize Project Management framework, adhering to standard tools, process and methodology
Collaborate with business owners on the identification and assignment of business resources
Create and manage budgets, timelines (milestones) and task schedules
Execute the project through all phases of the project lifecycle
Maintain strategic alignment of assigned projects by analyzing charters and reviewing expectations with all impacted stakeholders
Lead the planning process to create the Project Charter, including collaborating with Scrum Masters for all impacted Agile teams, understanding their sprint plans, and creating an integrated Work Plan
Lead the requirements gathering and analysis process, capturing business and technical needs in Agile epics and user stories
Manage all assigned internal and external resources, task planning and progress reporting during the project including internal IT, Business, vendors, contractors, and consultants
Conduct project team meetings to establish and execute on detailed project plans
Ensure project milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the project lifecycle
Produce detailed reports, business decision documents, meeting minutes, and notifications on assigned projects
Accurately track and report project status against plan to all stakeholders at all levels
Identify, log, and manage risk, implement mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communicate/escalate to stakeholders
Identify, log, assign, and resolve or escalate project issues, hindrances, and blockers using company best practices
Incorporate effective scope/change management impact assessment and controls
Perform other duties as requestedCross Functional Interactions

Interact with external agencies/personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
